Experience

As a Margaritaville Internship Program participant, you will gain on-the-job experience working in our Margaritaville and Landshark Bar & Grill locations, will participate in unique learning experiences, and can meet and work with people from all over the world. Work is augmented by weekly meetings with leaders and supervisors who share the inside view of their work at Margaritaville and their experiences as leaders. The open discussion format allows participants to learn directly from leaders, ask challenging questions, and address critical issues. Participants will have the opportunity to work side by side a supervisor or manager to learn the responsibilities, duties, and real-world work experience.

We will host weekly Leadership session with Executives in Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Culinary and students can learn about philanthropy and charity elements of Margaritaville and Jimmy Buffett, and will have a chance to have a work session with the CEO. The discussions are structured to provide both a functional overview of the organization and insight into a variety of leadership approaches.
